Proposed Stillorgan Local Area Plan
Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 20(3) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 - 2006, that Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council, being the Planning Authority for the County proposes to make a Local Area Plan for Stillorgan. In complying with SEA Directive (2001/42/EC) and the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown ftp://IanQuigley@www.stillorganwood.com/content/NE-20060213.htmlCounty Council made a determination in accordance with Article 14A of the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004. This is available for public inspection at the offices of the planning authority during office hours.
A copy of the Proposed Local Area Plan will be available for inspection from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from Friday 27th April, 2007 to Friday 8th June, 2007 inclusive at the following locations:-
1 - Public Concourse, County Hall, Dún Laoghaire (9.00a.m. - 4.30p.m.)
2 - Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum (9.30a.m. - 12.30p.m. & 1.30p.m. - 4.30p.m.)
3 - All branches of Dún Laoghaire – Rathdown libraries during library opening hours.
The Proposed Local Area Plan may also be viewed on the County Council’s website at www.dlrcoco.ie
Submissions and observations in respect of the Proposed Stillorgan Local Area Plan may be made in writing and marked for the attention of the Director of Services, Economic Development and Planning Department, Dún Laoghaire – Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
Submissions and observations may also be made by e-mail to : stillorganlap@dlrcoco.ie and should state your name, address and where relevant, the body represented.
All submissions and observations in respect of the Proposed Stillorgan Local Area Plan made in writing to Dún Laoghaire/Rathdown County Council within the above time period will be taken into consideration by the Council in deciding upon the Proposed Local Area Plan.
Two public open days will be held in respect of the Proposed Local Area Plan, during which representatives from the Council will be available to answer queries and accept written submissions on:-
1 Thursday 10th May and Tuesday 22nd May, 2007 at the Stillorgan Library, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin between 10.00a.m. – 1.00p.m. & 2.00p.m. – 8.00p.m.
